Our factory manufactures Monorail Sliding Doors, which are frequently used in Cold Storage Rooms with high insulation values. We produce a++ Cold Storage Doors in the desired quantity to meet all needs.

Technical Specifications:

Door Leaf: Two sheets of sheet metal are injected with 42(-2) density polyurethane without any wood material.

Door Thickness: 92mm for normal cold storage rooms and 120mm for frozen storage rooms.

Hanging Hardware: The carrier rail, wheels, handles, and necessary accessories are made of composite material and stainless steel.

Surface Sheet: The standard production door leaf has PVC sheet on both sides. Polyester painted sheet and CrNI are available upon request.

Door Frame: The outer frame is made of special PVC, while the inner frame material is aluminum.

Thermal Bridge: In normal storage rooms, it is a single row of special rubber gaskets surrounding the door leaf. Frozen storage room doors have a resistor in the frame that can be easily replaced when necessary.
